This is to inform that the next Sabha sammelan is scheduled to be held per detail below:
 

Venue:     1st Ashburton Scout Hall
               Ashburton Park, 337 High Street
               Ashburton
               Melway 60 E10

Features of the hall: kitchen facilities (including microwave, oven, fridge, etc), separate male and female toilets, timber flooring, trestle tables, seating for 100+, open fire (free firewood), parkland.
 
Cost of Hall: $100 (total)
 
Parking: entry off High Street (away from city side) and Fakenham Road (kids playground)
 
Should it be cold on the day, we will get the fireplace going - a warm welcome!

Please pencil the date in yr diary and confirm your attendance soon as practical - more the merrier!

Activities for the day will be notified in due course - actually thinking of organising a debate, with a format that will enable free flowing Bihari style discussion on a topic that will be of interest to us all. Suggestions welcome..
